刘琴 教授

刘琴 博士,女,南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院教授、副院长;江苏省粮油品质控制及深加工技术重点试验室主任。

受教育经历:

1999/09 – 2003/07 南京大学,化学化工学院,博士;

1990/09 – 1993/07 南京大学,化学化工学院,硕士;

1986/09 – 1990/07 南京大学,化学化工学院,学士。

研究经历:

2008/09 – 2009/09  加拿大Manitoba University,农业与食品学院,访问学者。

2003/09 - 2006/03   美国Virginia Commonwealth University,化学系,博士后。

工作经历

2011/08 – 至今 南京财经大学,食品科学与工程学院,教授;

2003/08 – 2011/07 南京财经大学,食品科学与工程学院,副教授;

1995/08 – 2003/07 南京财经大学,食品科学与工程学院,讲师;

1993/07 – 1995/07 南京财经大学,食品科学与工程学院,助教。

曾参与国家自然科学基金项目“金属、生物大分子与DNA相互作用的化学基础”的研究工作,作为美国农业与谷物学会“谷物生物活性物质分析与鉴定”组成员,协助完成了由Agriculture Food-Agri Canada的Elsayed Abdelaal博士组织的小麦中类胡萝卜素改进测定方法在不同国家实验室的验证工作。目前主持2011年度江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目“谷物多酚及其功能性评价研究”(11KJA550001)。
